How can I obtain a copy of my car hire invoice?
OBTAINING A RECEIPT
Invoices for your car hries are available online for 360 days, starting 48 hours after the return of the vehicle.
If you can't find your receipt:
- Refer to your rental agreement and check that the name on the agreement matches what you entered.
- Your driving licence may have been incorrectly registered
If you need a receipt for a car hire that took place more than 360 days ago, you can contact the office where you hired the vehicle so that they can send you a copy of your receipt.
