Can I be picked up from home and taken to my car hire?
The short answer
- Yes, if you are within a radius of 10-15 minutes from the branch.
- The pick-up service is only available at non-airport branches (city branches)
Please let the branch know of your interest in our pick-up service when our staff confirm your reservation. We will be happy to pick you up from home free of charge and bring you to your car hire vehicle.
The long answer
Yes, our free pick-up service is available at branches outside of airports (city branches) and during regular business hours. In order to arrange a pick-up appointment, please let the branch know in advance of your car hire. After we have picked you up and taken you to the station, an employee will fill in your car hire documents and make sure you get behind the wheel as quickly as possible.

Our car hire branches are happy to arrange for you to be picked up, but cannot deliver vehicles to private customers.
If you are hiring from one of our airport branches, they are either right at the terminal or just a short shuttle ride away. For safety reasons, we cannot pick you up from an airport, nor can we drop you off at an airport.
Can you guarantee a pick-up?
To guarantee a pick-up, you must confirm your car hire with the branch at least two hours in advance. You will be picked up by the nearest city branch to you, provided that this is within a 10-15 minute radius of your desired pick-up location. Not all branches within a 10-15-minute radius are able to pick customers up.
