Do I have to refuel the vehicle before I return it? Can I pay for fuel in advance?
As a customer, you can decide how you want to pay for fuel. You have two options.
- You can refuel the vehicle before returning it.
- You can pay for the fuel in advance.
What are the benefits of paying in advance?
Paying in advance offers two advantages:
- You don't need to go to the effort of refuelling the vehicle before returning it.
- The advance payment for fuel is calculated based on local fuel prices with a discount per litre.
Note: Local fuel prices vary depending on the region in which you hire the vehicle.
What happens if I don't refuel the vehicle?
If the customer hiring the vehicle does not wish to refuel it, Enterprise will charge a fee that is generally higher than the local price of fuel.
