How is damage measured?
At Enterprise, we believe you shouldn't have to pay for normal wear and tear. We use our damage evaluator to ensure that you are not charged a fee for every little scratch. If a dent or a scratch is smaller than the circles on our damage evaluator, we do not consider this to be damage. If your car hire vehicle is significantly damaged, please contact your car hire station or follow the instructions in the summary of your rental agreement.
