I need a car while my vehicle is being repaired in the United States. What do I do?
If you have car hire reimbursement coverage through your insurance provider, your policy may cover car hire costs while your vehicle is being repaired. Contact your agent or the insurance claims department for details.
Am I able to hire a car if I had an accident but am not planning to file an insurance claim?
Yes. We can offer you our lower insurance rates if you have documentation that you had an accident, are insured, and are not filing a claim. You would be able to take advantage of these lower rates. Will I need a deposit?
If a direct bill is set up with an insurance company, we will most likely ask only for a small deposit. Check with the Enterprise location you are hiring from for details. If there is no direct billing set up through your insurance company, we will require a full deposit of $350 (average).
Can I hire a car if I am under the age of 25?
Yes, you may hire if you are between the ages of 18-24, but additional restrictions apply.

Yes, if you would like to hire a vehicle in a higher class than reserved, check with the Enterprise location on availability and cost to upgrade. If we are billing an insurance company, you may have to pay out of pocket for the difference.
