How can I pay for my violation?
If you paid for your car hires by credit or debit card, we can charge that card directly. You don't need to do anything else. If you would like to use another card, please call us immediately on:

If you paid for your car hires in cash and would prefer to pay the toll or violation with a credit card, call us immediately on 1-800-935-0112.

Why do I have to pay the automatic TollPass payment service and the tolls?
- The TollPass toll payment service enables customers to drive without worrying about unexpected tolls or needing change when crossing a toll. The TollPass automatic toll payment service daily fee does not include toll charges.
Why have I received multiple invoices for the same car hire period?
- Our billing system notifies you separately for each toll or violation.
Why have I been charged a fee?
- We apply this fee to all our affiliates and we incur fines, tolls and administration charges

Highway Toll Administration (HTA) is the toll company we use to process all unpaid tolls. The company is located in Great Neck, New York.
- Whatever state you have hired a National vehicle in, if you travel on a toll road in that hired vehicle and do not pay the toll, the invoice will be generated and processed through Great Neck, New York.
